It’s been a little over a year since I had The Door Dudes install my windows and doors and wanted to send you a note saying thank you for a job well done.
My first experience with Door Dudes was the “in home estimate”. Being a single woman owning her first home has many challenges and concerns of being taken advantage of with pricing and quotes. I cold called 4 “window and door companies” in the Burlington area for an estimate. Dave from The Door Dudes was the only sales associate out of the 4 who showed up on time, prepared and had window construction samples. Dave was also the only one who asked to see the other competitor’s estimates and quotes! Door Dudes matched the competition’s lowest quote by 10% and worked within my special mortgage agreement. I was totally impressed!
When it came time for installation Chris and his team respected my home and took care of any construction clean-up. There was a slight but understandable delay for two windows due to a measurement mistake and the inability for vinyl to bend on a very small round window. The Door Dudes not only reported and apologized for the delay they compensated me by fixing / resealing my garage door that I was casually commenting on with my friend outside while the guys were on site. Again, I was totally impressed!
i am a very happy customer and have recommended The Door Dudes to several of my girlfriends and family… and obviously my neighbours since you guys have been busy around my neck of the woods with new clients. Your company has quality products and integral staff.
